We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to oversee our four dealerships located in Carlisle, Penrith, Dumfries, and Workington. The successful candidate will be based part-time in Carlisle and will foster a positive environment for colleagues, ensure compliance with employment law, facilitate training and development, and contribute to shaping our organizational culture.

Position Details

• Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible start/finish times to be discussed)
• Salary: £20,000
• Bonus: 10% of salary based on KPI achievement
