This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK-based business as part of a larger international organisation in a fast-paced, influential Business Partnering role.

The role offers hybrid working with a requirement to be out in the business at least 3 days a week at either Luton Airport or across various regional locations as part of a regional HR team.

You will provide proactive HR expertise to enable the business to make commercial decisions and deliver solutions that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.
