Role Overview: The client has a fantastic opportunity for a committed and motivated Regional HR Advisor who is responsible for delivering a full range of HR support and advice. This position involves overseeing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and career development. The HR Advisor will ensure the effective application of all HR policies, aligning them with regional and business-wide goals. What will make you stand out?
Ideal candidates will ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, have strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility and a professional attitude are essential.
This role is based at our Chorley site and will also involve travel to other sites within the North region.
