Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects as required
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive working environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD Level 5 accredited or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in handling HR matters in a Not For Profit setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
