Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is looking for an ER-focused HR professional to join its team in a hands-on, client-facing role. You will attend client sites, conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings, and advise on investigations and settlements.

This role blends home-based work with site visits across the UK, offering exposure to a wide range of employee relations cases and industries, with the chance to build expertise and make a real difference for employers.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR consultancy, HR management, employee relations or employment law.
• Strong knowledge of disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
• Confidence sitting in formal meetings and handling difficult conversations.
• A calm, professional approach when dealing with people who may be upset, frustrated or under pressure.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

This is all about employee relations - attending formal meetings, managing challenging situations and helping employers navigate complex people issues with confidence!

Day to Day
