Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a newly created role where the Regional HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the business across multiple locations in the Eastern region.

This is a true HR generalist role, with key responsibilities including:

1. Providing advice and guidance to managers on all HR areas in accordance with company policy and current legislation throughout the employee lifecycle.
2. Supporting managers with performance management, employee relations issues, dispute resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
3. Managing recruitment and selection processes, proactively sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, research, and social media.
4. Supporting probation reviews for new employees.
5. Facilitating performance reviews, coaching and upskilling managers as needed.
6. Developing and delivering in-house training as appropriate.
7. Collaborating with the Head of HR on restructures, organizational changes, and terms and conditions updates.

The Person

• CIPD Level 5 Qualified
• Experience in an HR Generalist role with strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with confidence to escalate critical issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems and processes.

The role is office-based 3 days a week, with travel across multiple locations in the region. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license, and be flexible to travel. A company car is included in the remuneration package.
