Are you an experienced HR generalist ready for your next challenge in a fast-paced, multi-site environment?

We're looking for a Regional HR Advisor to support a group of stores across Northern Ireland and Dublin. You'll bring a strong foundation in HR practices and policies, with a passion for supporting people, driving compliance, and partnering with managers to deliver proactive, people-focused solutions.

The Role:

Providing day-to-day HR support to stores across your region

Coaching and advising managers in line with best practice and current employment legislation

Attending and supporting with disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetings

Conducting HR audits to ensure store compliance

Driving absence management processes and ensuring consistency across locations

Supporting with new store openings as the business continues to grow

Acting as a central point of contact for both managers and team members

Supporting the Head of HR with broader projects as required

  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently

  • Flexibility to travel extensively across the region, with overnight stays as required

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
