Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead our team of HGV Tanker Drivers across the region. You will ensure efficient work in line with the Waste Contract, covering tankering of non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities.

We value strong leadership, engagement of our people, and commitment to quality and compliance, with a focus on delivering exceptional operational excellence across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineers/comployees comply with PPE and company policies.
• Support engineers in the field and manage site activities.
• Conduct audits and training for engineers.
• Plan breaks for 12- and 24-hour driver shifts.
• Take deliveries and off-hire equipment as needed.
• Maintain site setup, housekeeping and safety on site.
