Miller Homes Limited in the North West region, Warrington, is recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor or Manager to support the Divisional SHE Director, implementing and supervising the company’s Safety, Health and Environmental policy to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all employees and workers on site.

The role includes monitoring and developing SHE systems, providing regional support, conducting site visits and audits, and enhancing Miller personnel’s safety capabilities across

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Health & Safety role, ideally in housebuilding or construction sectors.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, develop and implement SHE systems to maintain high standards and compliance.
• Provide support and advice to the Region and represent management in safety discussions with employees and external bodies.
• Develop Health & Safety capability within the Region by improving skills and knowledge of Miller personnel.
• Carry out site visits and audits to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
