Regional Health & Safety Manager — Logistics | Hemel Hempstead & CoventryNter Talent are proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking logistics organisation to hire an experienced Regional Health & Safety Manager.In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll shape and deliver the Health, Safety and Sustainability strategy across multiple logistics sites — championing a culture where people and the planet are always front of mind. The RoleAs part of the Leadership Team, you’ll: * Develop and implement robust health, safety and sustainability policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and champion industry best practice. * Drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability performance. * Design and lead training and engagement programmes that embed a strong safety culture at every level. * Use technology to deliver real-time KPIs and sustainability metrics. * Collaborate with procurement, fleet, warehousing and HR to promote safe, sustainable operations. * Monitor environmental impacts, support the carbon reduction roadmap and expand the social responsibility agenda. * Lead and inspire a team of Safety Managers, setting the standard through visible, hands-on leadership. About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings: * A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) — CMIOSH or working toward it is a big plus. * Proven experience in a senior health & safety role within logistics, transport or supply chain. * Solid knowledge of environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and sustainability reporting. * Strong ability to influence and engage teams at all levels. * Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills. * A genuine passion for making a positive impact on people, planet and performance.
