Health & Safety Manager

A Tier One civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee multiple high-profile infrastructure projects across the South East. This is a key role supporting site teams and driving best-in-class H&S performance across a busy portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading HSEQ efforts and compliance across multiple project sites
2. Conducting audits, site inspections, and risk assessments
3. Supporting incident investigations and driving continuous improvement
4. Engaging and coaching leadership and site teams to uphold safety culture

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a Managerial or Senior Advisory role within civil engineering or infrastructure
2. NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant professional memberships
3. Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK safety legislation
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
