Regional Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Kent

Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer seeking to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor to support their organization. This is a home-based position with frequent regional travel covering Kent and South East London, supporting various retail sites. As part of a broader Health and Safety team, you will promote a positive H&S culture and provide visible safety leadership, guidance, and advice.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting audits, inspections, and investigating accidents/incidents
• Designing and delivering H&S training programs
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting senior H&S management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures
