Executive Network Group is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support 18 regional sites with hybrid work patterns. The role focuses on incident investigations, root cause analysis, and training around permit to work and fire risk assessments while improving safety culture.

You will report to the Head of Health and Safety and collaborate with Regional GMs and the corporate function to deliver proactive safety solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ health and safety experience minimum.
• NEBOSH Certificate level qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience with permit to work, workplace transport and fire risk assessments would be beneficial.
• Strong accident investigation experience is essential; other skills can be learned.

Responsibilities

There are 18 sites within your region and the team typically work from home Monday and Friday and manage their diary Tuesday to Thursday depending on the needs of their sites.

The majority of the work is operations focus; supporting incident investigations, root cause analysis, training around permit to work, fire risk assessment and work place transport. Looking at performance indicators and outstanding observations.

The health and safety culture is in a good place. It’s moved from the safety team being seen as safety officers with implications, to more of a supporting, business partnering culture. It’s about proactive leadership and winning hearts and minds.

You will work as part of a wider H&S team, reporting into the Head of Health and Safety. The role does offer exposure to the wider business, partnering with Regional GM’s and the wider corporate function.

Requirements

• Ideally you will have two years’ experience in health and safety as a minimum.


• NEBOSH Certificate level qualified (or equivalent)
