Job Description:

Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. This is a home-based position with frequent regional travel covering Kent and South East London, supporting multiple retail sites. You will be part of a wider H&S team, promoting a positive safety culture and providing leadership, guidance, and advice.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents.
2. Design and deliver H&S training programs.
3. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist senior management in developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Legal right to work in the UK and a valid full driving license.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
