Position: Regional Health and Safety Advisor

Type: Permanent

Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor to support their organisation. This is a home-based position with frequent regional travel across Kent and South East London, supporting various retail sites. You will be part of a wider Health and Safety team, promoting a positive safety culture and providing leadership, guidance, and advice on health and safety matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents
• Design and deliver health and safety training programs
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist senior management in developing and implementing health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Legal right to work in the UK and a full driving license
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
