Regional Health and Safety Advisor

This is a permanent, home-based position with frequent regional travel across Kent and South East London, supporting multiple retail sites. You will be part of a wider Health and Safety team, fostering a positive safety culture and providing leadership, guidance, and advice on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents.
2. Design and deliver H&S training programs.
3. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist senior management in developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Legal right to work in the UK and a full driving license.
