Regional Health and Safety Advisor

Location: Kent, UK (home-based with regional travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits, inspections, and accident/incident investigations
• Design and deliver H&S training sessions
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist senior management in developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK and a full driving license
• NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
