Job summary

Place North West is seeking an executive leader to head its Project Management business across the North of England. The role requires building and directing large PM teams, shaping regional growth, and sustaining strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will drive revenue, profitability, and the pipeline while uniting teams across locations around a clear vision, operating with board-level influence and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Established Director or senior industry leader with UK property/construction/ multidisciplinary consultancy experience
• Strong commercial acumen and a North of England network
• Track record of developing teams and winning work

Relationships and experience across one or more of the following growth sectors would be particularly valuable, within both the public and private sectors:
