Job summary

Rise Resourcing is partnering with a listed, multi-site industrial manufacturer to appoint a Regional Head of Procurement. You will lead the next phase of a multi-year transformation, owning a defined regional spend base and shaping category strategy with a should-cost and TCO lens.

In a matrix structure, you’ll report to the Global Procurement Director, build a credible function, drive supplier consolidation, and lead SRM/dual-sourcing initiatives while developing a capable Midlands-based team

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at Head of/Director level in multi-site manufacturing
• Should-cost and TCO-led category strategy with EBIT impact
• Experience standing up SRM and dual-sourcing frameworks
• D365 or comparable eProcurement platform experience
• Track record of building and developing teams

REGIONAL HEAD OF PROCUREMENT | INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

A listed, multi-site industrial manufacturer is looking for a Regional Head of Procurement to lead delivery of the next phase of a multi-year procurement transformation.

THE MANDATE

This is a senior, commercially exposed role. You'll own a defined regional spend base, lead category strategy from a should-cost and TCO lens rather than just negotiation, and be the driving force behind supplier consolidation, dual-sourcing, and a maturing SRM framework.

You’ll operate in a matrix structure, reporting into the Global Procurement Director, working alongside legacy stakeholders who haven’t always had procurement at the table. Building that credibility, and building a capable team around you, is as much the job as the category work itself.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE

• Proven leadership at Head of/Director level within a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment
• Should-cost and TCO-led category strategy, with a demonstrable EBIT or working capital impact
• Experience standing up SRM and dual-sourcing frameworks from a low base of maturity
• D365 or comparable eProcurement platform experience
• A track record of building and developing teams in functions that were underdeveloped when you arrived

LOCATION

UK based with ability to be onsite in Midlands 2 days per week. Some international travel comes with the territory.

PACKAGE

£80,000 base salary plus £8,000 car allowance. Full details discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
