Location: Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire

Salary: Excellent salary & £6k car allowance per annum plus benefits

- 33 days annual holiday (incl. bank holidays)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 Hours per week (Permanent)

Full UK Drivers License with access to your own vehicle

What We're Looking For:
The Strategic Visionary
  • Senior management experience in social care
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of CQC requirements and health & social care regulations
The Inspirational Leader
  • Exemplary leadership skills with a coaching and collaborative approach working closely with Operational Director and providing strong leadership to the Home Managers and support to the wider teams.
  • Experience in leading Home Managers, team members, and colleagues to ensure standards of performance are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Ability to build relationships with families and commissioners
  • Proven track record of managing change and delivering service improvements
The Passionate Advocate
  • Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Autism principles
  • Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
  • Passion for promoting Quality of Life for the people we support
  • Commitment to promoting rights, inclusion, choice, and dignity
The Commercially-Minded Professional
  • Strong budget and resource management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Local Authorities and Commissioners
  • Commercial acumen with focus on value-for-money service delivery
  • Advocating compliance and best practice implementation
