Davies Marsh in the UK is seeking a Head of Region for a DFM provider to take ownership of the South region spanning Midlands, Southwest and the South Coast. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development to grow assets and advise advisers.

You will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers, shape regional strategy, and drive growth across the Southwest. A market-leading package and formulaic bonus are on offer.
