A prominent financial services organization seeks a Regional Head of Debt Fund Administration in London to oversee client service delivery and manage an operational team. This leadership role requires extensive fund administration experience, strong interpersonal skills, and technical expertise to lead diverse teams effectively. The role is to act as department head for the Venture teams for Apex’s service offering. The Regional Head of Debt Fund Administration will be based in London and will lead the Group’s expanding operation and service delivery. They will be responsible for a team who lead various operational client facing roles such as accounting, administration, on-boarding and support team spread between London and South Africa. The role will have overall responsibility for client service delivery and improving standards of performance and quality, whilst holding responsibility for the running of the team in London and meeting financial targets.
They will be expected to maintain exceptional service levels to existing clients, have functional knowledge of products and the highest levels of expertise in the industry and providing them access to the wider global Apex Fund Services group to develop our growing reputation.
The team in approximately 15 people in London and 60 People in South Africa, there is direct responsibility for the people in London but the deliverables across the wider team.
