We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Regional Head of Benefits. This pivotal role sits within a dynamic and forward-thinking People Experience function, driving the strategy, design, and delivery of employee benefits across multiple international markets.

As Regional Head of Benefits, you will lead the development and governance of regional benefits programs—ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organisation's Total Rewards philosophy. You'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience, balancing global consistency with local market nuances to attract, retain, and engage talent across diverse geographies.

Responsibilities
  • Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional benefits strategy aligned with enterprise goals and market best practices.
  • Program Management: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, wellness, retirement, and risk insurance programs across multiple regions.
  • Market Competitiveness: Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party benefit providers, brokers, and consultants—managing performance, contracts, and renewals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the regional subject matter expert, partnering with senior leaders, People Partners, and Internal Communications to drive understanding and engagement.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local legislation and governance standards across all jurisdictions.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage benefit budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, leveraging technology and analytics to enhance employee value and decision-making.
About You
  • 10+ years' experience in senior benefits or total rewards roles, ideally within a global or complex matrix organisation.
  • Deep understanding of benefits regulations and practices across the UK, Canada, Bermuda, and APAC.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor governance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIPD, CEBS, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Background in financial services or multinational corporate environments is highly desirable.
