A leading company in corporate reception management is recruiting a Regional Guest Services Host to deliver exceptional customer service across multiple offices. Based in Bristol, the role requires flexibility to travel within the region and offers competitive benefits including a pension, life insurance, and training opportunities.
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Guest Services Host to join our team, based with a client in the financial services industry.
Although the position is based in Bristol, the main function is to learn the different offices within the region and remain flexible to travel to Birmingham, Beaconsfield, Dublin, Guildford, and Salisbury to cover shifts.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries and will work closely with the firm’s staff and other service partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
The role requires conveying a friendly, welcoming attitude, providing a larger-than-life welcome while remaining security conscious. The candidate should know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate guests' needs.
Travel to all offices in the region is expected, sometimes at short notice, with travel expenses paid from the Bristol office.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary depending on operational needs.
Salary: £28,119 per annum.
