Role Description
As our Regional Growth Lead – Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving InspireXT’s business development efforts and growth strategy across the European market. This senior leadership position will focus on expanding InspireXT’s market presence, cultivating relationships with key client and partner stakeholders, and championing InspireXT’s supply chain and connected experience offerings. This role has responsibility for new business sales within the region as well as the key alliance partner relationships.
Job Description
- Lead InspireXT’s business development for the region, with a strong focus on connected solutions and associated technologies and services.
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with InspireXT’s goals, ensuring scalability and repeatable processes.
- Formulate growth strategies, tactics, and actionable plans to achieve and exceed financial targets, including establishing business cases for expanded go-to-market offerings.
- Achieve growth targets within assigned territories and accounts, including personal and team targets.
- Identify, develop & lead opportunities, building and managing a robust pipeline to achieve pragmatic growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals and expand InspireXT’s customer base.
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, positioning InspireXT as a trusted supply chain consulting partner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Partner with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, building a culture of customer success.
- Understand nuances of the buying process and act as an influencer to navigate the process for new client deals and target accounts.
Value Proposition Communication
- Champion InspireXT’s offerings by building use cases across the enterprise value chain.
- Effectively communicate InspireXT’s value proposition through tailored proposals, presentations, and consultations to prospects, clients, and partners.
- Articulate the distinct aspects of InspireXT’s solutions and position them competitively to address client challenges.
Market Understanding and Thought Leadership
- Act as a thought leader in the European market, representing InspireXT and its solutions at industry events, forums, and conferences.
- Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic directions of accounts.
Leadership and Team Development
- Mentor and guide local teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing regional leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with InspireXT’s delivery, marketing, and regional market teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Drive team alignment with InspireXT’s mission and values, promoting integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Location:
- This is a European role, with a primary focus on supporting client activity in the UK & Ireland. Over time, we will be expanding into mainland Europe, and this role will take the lead for that expansion.
- A London base is preferred - however, we are flexible to candidate location. Fluent business & technical English is required, as is the ability to frequently support in-person meetings with our partners & clients within the UK & Ireland market, especially in and around London and Reading, potentially up to 3 days a week.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success, with a strong track record of driving regional growth in enterprise consulting or technology domains.
- Deep expertise in industry and technology solutions and familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, and Data & AI solutions strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and ability to sell complex multi-pillar deals into enterprises.
- Extensive experience working in high-growth scale-ups or entrepreneurial environments, with demonstrated success in building scalable business capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the European market, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations and multi-country sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven success in building trust at the C-suite level.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating client value, including the ability to open and close deals.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing high-performing regional teams.
- A willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
- Collaborative team player, able to be an ambassador and amplifier for InspireXT’s culture, who champions the growth of our team, our clients, and our partners ahead of personal glory.
