Job summary

Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority (HEYCA) is seeking a Chief Executive & Head of Paid Service to lead the organisation, shape its culture and drive regional growth. You will act as the principal adviser to the Mayor and Executive Board, translating vision into delivery across transport, investment and regeneration.

You will build partnerships with Government, businesses and communities, ensure governance and accountability, and represent HEYCA on regional and national stages to secure

• Significant leadership experience at executive or board level.
• A proven track record of transformation, growth or major programme delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience managing investment, resources or complex portfolios.
• Ability to work with Boards, elected members, Government, and senior stakeholders.
