• Strong knowledge of road construction, drainage and asphalt surfacing.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple live sites throughout the working week.
• Supervise groundworks, highways, drainage and tarmac final surfacing operations.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Identify site issues and help teams resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Carry out quality, safety and progress inspections.
• Report progress and concerns back to the office.
• Liaise with site operatives, management and clients as required.
