Regional GP Advisor (2 days/month)

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (with local knowledge of South East region)
  • Start Date:ASAP
  • Salary:£1,000 per calendar month (depending on experience)
  • Job type: 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension
Main duties of the job

This part-time, flexible role (2 day per month) is ideal for a GP who is currently working or has recently worked in NHS Primary Care and has strong insight into their local system.

Job responsibilities

What you'll bring:

  • Deep understanding of the local NHS primary care landscape, including PCNs, commissioning priorities, and practice dynamics
  • A network of relationships across practices, federations, or ICBs
  • Interest in working with an innovative healthcare organisation exploring new models of care delivery and partnership

What youll do:

  • Provide insights into local market conditions, primary care trends, and practice needs
  • Help identify and engage suitable GP practices for collaboration and growth opportunities
  • Support with relationship building and introductions to key local stakeholders
