Job summary

Vertu Motors plc seeks a Project General Manager to support operations across the Midlands and Yorkshire regions. You will be a proven, high-performing GM in franchised motor retail, able to inspire teams, drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the CEO and an Operational Board Director, you will lead strategic placements across dealerships, develop leadership capability, and drive values-driven performance with integrity.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in franchised motor retail.
• Proven track record in improving performance and customer experience.
• Ability to lead across multiple dealerships and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across Midlands and Yorkshire dealerships.
