Job summary

Protyre Autocare in the East Midlands seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead multi-site operations, coaching Centre Managers and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and strong financial results.

You will develop structured business plans, analyse performance data, and ensure safety and compliance across all centres, while driving local marketing initiatives and staff development in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

Experience in multi-site automotive management and leadership.
Proven ability to coach Centre Managers and develop teams.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and profitability.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure centres are resourced and operate to high standards of professionalism.
Create and execute business plans to exceed financial targets.
Analyse sales data, market trends and management accounts.
Champion safety and compliance across all centres.
Collaborate on local marketing to maximise customer engagement.
Recruit and develop high-performing teams with succession planning.
Promote company values and HR policies.
