Are you an experienced leader with a passion for creating a workplace where people thrive? We are looking for an inspiringRegional General Managerwho excels in staff engagement, drives performance through strong people management, and fosters a culture of collaboration and growth to lead our Essex region.

Location: Buckhurst Hill, Essex

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent (on-site)

Salary: £56,185.81 (depending on experience and skills)

About the Role

As Regional General Manager, you will:

  • Lead, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams across Treatment Centres.
  • Champion staff engagement initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen team cohesion.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards as the Registered Manager and Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer.
  • Drive continuous improvement in client safety, experience, and operational sustainability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide clear, supportive leadership that encourages development, accountability, and innovation.

Desirable:

  • Experience in private healthcare or NHS.
  • Registered Manager status or equivalent leadership experience.
