Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a Community Fundraising Executive to grow community awareness and drive fundraising income across Derbyshire and surrounding regions. You will build relationships with community groups, volunteers and supporters, identifying new income opportunities and presenting to local organisations.

The role requires experience in charity fundraising, strong communication skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. DBS checks are part of compliance for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a fundraiser within a charity.
• Comfortable approaching new business opportunities.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a database effectively.

Responsibilities

• Grow community awareness of the charity and drive fundraising activity across the region to meet income targets.
• Generate and build relationships with community groups, organisations, volunteers and supporters.
• Identify new opportunities and leads within the region that will generate new income streams and present to local organisations and groups.
