Job summary

Motor Fuel Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a defined region of company-owned stations, ensuring safety, profitability and adherence to policy. You will lead Area Managers, optimise forecourt and shop performance, and manage supplier relationships to maximise margins and customer satisfaction.

This field-based role requires extensive travel across the region, with a focus on achieving KPIs, implementing promotions, and maintaining brand standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the independent or motor fuel retail sectors.
• Strong track record of delivering standards and driving performance in a regional, multi-site setting.
• High self-motivation and discipline, outstanding communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stations operate in line with Health & Safety policies.
• Manage and monitor performance of ARMs and Contract Managers across the region.
• Oversee pricing and promotions to maximise margins and sales.
• Liaise with suppliers to merchandised products and loyalty schemes.
• Monitor KPIs and expenditure for regional stations and report findings.
