Job summary

Tripod Partners is recruiting a senior practitioner to lead the development and standardisation of regional fostering practice guidance, drawing on extensive experience as a Principal Social Worker or above.

The role involves remote work with on-site training workshops, delivering regional guidance, and supporting the implementation of fostering recruitment, assessment and approval across multiple areas. You will work at pace to ensure consistent practice and support frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Must have worked within a Principal Social Worker role or above.
• Experience in fostering across regional settings.
• Self-starter with ability to work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardisation of regional fostering practice guidance.
• Create and deliver regional training for fostering recruitment, assessment and approval.
• Attend and facilitate training and workshops in person while supporting remote delivery.
• Support the implementation of Regional Fostering initiatives across multiple areas.
