Facilitate Search has partnered with a leading UK FM provider to find an experienced and driven Regional Account Manager to join their leadership team and oversee multiple client contracts across the Central Region of the UK.

On offer is a salary ranging from £65,000 - 77,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus & Benefits Package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage FM service delivery across multiple client sites
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory, and contractual obligations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and strategic planning
  • Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams across the region
  • Deliver on KPIs, budgets, and service improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contract development
What Were Looking For
  • Proven experience in managing FM contracts (Hard/Soft or Total FM)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Solid understanding of compliance, H&S, and service delivery standards
  • Ability to manage mobile teams and travel across multiple sites
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of managing a multi million pound P&L
