Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems Ltd in London seeks an Installation Manager to lead London-based installation projects, owning day-to-day delivery across the region. You will drive safe, on-time, in-budget project execution and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing the installation and commissioning teams.

Reporting to the Installation Director, you will manage commercial aspects, assure compliance with BS 5839, NSI, ISO, and CDM, and mentor a multi-discipline team to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager/Projects Manager or similar within fire and security.
• Proven track record delivering multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Experience managing installation and service/maintenance contracts (desirable).
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capability.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review projects with the sales team to ensure costs are accurate and oversee installation and commissioning to meet customer priorities, programmes and requirements.
• Lead and manage Project Managers and Works Managers through regular WIH reviews to deliver in line with scope, programme and budget with proper resource allocation and corrective actions.
• Maintain full commercial responsibility for assigned contracts, including budget management, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, supporting the team with client engagement and regular progress updates, and identify opportunities for business development.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, industry standards and accreditations, including BS 5839, NSI, ISO standards and CDM requirements.
