Job summary

The Regional Finance Manager leads the IFM finance remit for CBRE GWS across the account countries, owning the numbers and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and commercial impact. You will partner with Operations and the client, drive month-end close, invoicing, forecasting and client reporting, and track the target savings commitments.

We seek a fully qualified professional with 5+ years post-qualification experience, strong business partnering, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle/TM1/Power

Qualifications

• Professional financial qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• 5+ years post qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial delivery for the account and sign off monthly reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close, journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own budget and forecast cycles, explain movements in Net Revenue, COP and margin.
• Present results and insight to senior stakeholders in client reviews.
• Drive savings initiatives and support commercial negotiations.
