• Commercial acumen with proven P&L performance management.
• Experience driving revenue and value, and influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to lead, challenge and support business units to deliver plans.
• Leadership across financial planning, reporting, governance, risk and assurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership through change.
• Customer focus with translating financial insight into better outcomes.
• Experience guiding transition toward GBR and operating models.
