Job description

Your new company
An international group with a fantastic culture, seeks to appoint a finance business partner for an initial long-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role over time.
Your new role
This role is responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis across a broad portfolio, supporting performance reviews, forecasting, and budgeting processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide commentary on weekly and monthly results, prepare strategic reports for senior leadership, and contribute to business planning through scenario modelling and benchmarking. You will coordinate with internal finance colleagues to finalise monthly accounts, lead cross-regional initiatives such as revenue and capex analysis, and play a key role in enhancing reporting tools and business intelligence across the UK, ensuring alignment and adoption throughout the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (or soon to qualify) with a strong influencing style suitable for a fast-paced, high-performing team. You should enjoy working closely with the business and be willing to attend site visits on an ad-hoc basis to present management information, thereby truly partnering with the business and supporting decision-making.
What you'll get in return
A supportive office culture, an annual bonus, and additional benefits to support your progression within this role.
