Edwards Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Birmingham and Walsall region. You will service, maintain and repair industrial equipment at customer sites, diagnose faults and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires solid mechanical and electrical knowledge, fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently while building strong customer relationships. Full UK driving licence is essential. Salary £36,000-£46,000 per annum plus Benefits.

Formación

• Mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
• Previous experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
• Confident working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintain and repair industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown support.
• Install and commission equipment where required.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Represent the business professionally while building strong customer relationships.
