Job Title: Engineering Manager – South

Mission:

Our Engineering Managers are experts in their field, leading the Commissioning team for Building Management Systems projects, managing a significant customer portfolio, delivering projects on time and in budget, and upholding our stringent health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a team of Commissioning & Engineering professionals
  • Promote business-wide Health & Safety initiatives, taking responsibility for site audits and compliance
  • Acting as a true partner to our customers, dedicated to understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Taking full responsibility of regional workforce planning
  • Delivery of multiple concurrent live projects

Skills and attributes:

  • You can demonstrate your knowledge and experience of successful delivery of construction projects
  • You have proven leadership skills and are comfortable managing a team
  • You are comfortable with budget management and have demonstrable knowledge of financial processes
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in a matrix organization
  • You might already have experience in the BMS or access control industry; however, we value diversity in our talent pools, so we would love to hear from you if you have relevant transferable skills
