The role

You'll partner with the Managing Partner to drive strategic initiatives, manage a caseload of meaningful cases, and spearhead projects that improve branch performance and lead with passion, strategy, and innovation. This is your opportunity to guide and inspire a team of specialists, delivering excellence in client service and operations while making a tangible impact in the legal landscape.

Who we are looking for

We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in team management, performance excellence, and client care. Whether you're an Admitted Solicitor or hold FILEX qualifications, your decision-making skills, organizational prowess, and empathy with the trade union and Labour movement will set you apart. A deep understanding of and experience with Employment Rights is essential.
