Job summary

Kiota Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Stoke with regional travel. You will lead a mobile team, plan workloads and ensure installations, testing and equipment are delivered safely to a high standard.

You will manage scheduling, provide technical support, and uphold safety and quality across the team while remaining hands-on when needed. This permanent role offers an enhanced overtime package and a company van.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• ECS Gold Card with Installation Electrician classification.
• Proven experience supervising or line managing qualified electricians.
• Strong practical electrical experience with motors, control panels and installations.
• Understanding of BS 7671 and electrical health and safety requirements.
• Organised planning of work across a regional electrical team.
• Full UK Driving Licence with travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mobile electricians across Stoke and Nottingham, managing workloads and performance.
• Plan and schedule electrical work to ensure safe, on-time installations and repairs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with installations and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and maintain certification records.
• Coordinate electrical requirements of key customer contracts and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high safety, quality and SHEQ standards within the team.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Hire teams and operations to access equipment as needed.
• Travel between Stoke, Nottingham and regional sites as the team grows.
