Are you an experienced LGV driver with a passion for coaching others? Do you enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule and being out on the road, not tied to a desk? If so, this could be the next step in your career.

We're looking for a Regional Driver Trainer to support and develop qualified LGV drivers across our South East region. Assist in driver recruitment, selection, and the mentoring of new drivers and apprentices.

Monitor and audit driver performance and training records to ensure compliance.

Stay up to date with industry regulations and legislative changes.

You’ll have full autonomy to manage your schedule and access to a company vehicle to help you move across the region efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified LGV driver (minimum CAT C) with a strong track record in training and development.

A confident presenter and communicator with excellent people skills.

Someone who thrives independently, prioritising effectively across multiple locations.
