OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an innovative and technically skilled leader for the role of Regional Director, Technical Services. This role ensures architectural excellence, sustainability, and compliance with SH Design and Technical Standards across our EMEA properties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager experienced in executing Technical Services Agreements (TSA) with property owners, consultants, and development teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary SH contact for projects, managing TSAs, and overseeing meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Providing technical guidance on drawings and specifications.
• Leading internal and external disciplines including MEP, technology, surveillance, landscaping, lighting, multimedia, kitchen, and laundry consultants.
• Reviewing and contributing to architectural and sustainability requirements, including LEED Silver standards.
• Supporting project management during construction, ensuring standards and project goals are met.
• Maintaining and updating Architecture & Construction Design Standards.
• Leading sustainability initiatives, advocating for LEED Silver certification, and overseeing green operations and reporting.

Must-have qualifications include a passion for sustainable building, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office, and understanding of building codes and standards. LEED certification and experience in hospitality, real estate development, or luxury sectors are preferred.
