A leading technology company is searching for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to manage and grow their UKI sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, developing relationships with large enterprise customers, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role blends business management and development, requiring a proven track record in SaaS or software sales, as well as strong leadership skills.

Riverbed is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to run our UKI region. Reporting to the SVP EMEA, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives selling into large enterprise accounts across the largest UK companies (including Government), balancing management activities including quota setting, forecasting, goal and development planning and recruiting.
