Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence?We're looking for a Regional Director to take charge of our Powered Access operations across a defined region, ensuring we continue to set the standard for safety, service, and customer satisfaction!

As ourRegional Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple branches, driving commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across your territory.You'll lead from the front-coaching, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams while building strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices

What you'll need:

  • Lead and manage regional operations for powered access equipment, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with overall business goals

  • Monitor and improve performance metrics across sales, service, and safety

  • Manage all aspects of Health and Safety from top to bottom.

  • Demonstrable success in a Powered Access Business and looking for next step of career development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Oversee fleet utilization, asset management, and capital planning

  • Experience in leading a team, hitting KPI's and conducting regular performance reviews.

  • Experience in taking fullprofit and loss ownership of a key region, driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic development across multiple sites.
