Domus have an exciting senior management opportunity with a specialist learning disability support provider in the North of England. We are looking for a Regional Director for the new expansion of Learning Disability Residential services in Yorkshire, covering South and West Yorkshire.

Are you an inspiring, strategic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-led services for Adults with learning disabilities? We need a visionary Senior Manager with Learning Disability support experience to join the senior leadership team in driving the strategy for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Working closely with the CEO and Operations Director, you’ll be at the forefront of setting up brand new services in Yorkshire for Adults with Learning Disabilities, leading on this exciting new expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities of a Regional Director :

• Providing leadership and management to a team of Area Managers to ensure outstanding care and compliance to CQC standards.
• Develop and implement innovative service delivery to drive efficiency, growth, and financial performance.
• Collaborating with senior management and the quality team.
• Execute strategic plans, driving the vision and expansion into Yorkshire.
• Develop high performing teams through effective recruitment and training.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, families, and commissioners.
• Contribute to innovative growth supporting digital, ESG and expansions plans.
