An established industry player is seeking a Regional Director of Project Management to lead a dynamic team in Manchester. Salary: £86,016 to £107,517 per annum + £5k car allowance

We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join us as Regional Director of Project Management in Manchester.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you’ll oversee Project Management, Design Management, Cost Planning, and all pre-construction services necessary to enable the delivery of a range of residential-led projects. You will play a key part in delivering new affordable homes across the country.
You will lead a team based out of our Manchester office and work closely with other teams across the business from the inception of a project through to the handover and aftercare of our customers' new homes. The range of projects will vary from mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration, to joint venture housing schemes.
You will take the lead in ensuring that a strong project and programme management discipline is applied, making sure we deliver in line with the vision, brief, and business plan. In doing so, you will lead, motivate, develop, and manage your team while fostering a spirit of collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and a Chartered Member of the RICS or CIOB, with experience overseeing multiple projects with a contractor, developer, housebuilder, or consultant, leading general pre-construction activities with scheme values averaging £50m. You will need strong project management skills, a technical understanding of different construction technologies, including high-rise buildings, and extensive experience in planning, programming, and procuring developments to budget. A strong track record managing multi-disciplinary design teams is also essential.
