Regional Director - North

Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 Uncapped Bonus Benefits

Location: North of the UK (Flexible with Regular Travel)

We're seeking an experienced and driven Regional Director to lead a group of Financial Planning teams in the North. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategy, support high-performing professionals, and help grow a successful, forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage two pods of Financial Planners across the North.
  • Take full accountability for certified advisers within the region.
  • Drive performance against business targets, KPIs and growth metrics.
  • Line manage, coach and mentor Pod Leaders, supporting their development and CPD.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, People, Training) on people initiatives and performance.
  • Represent the region in senior leadership forums and business planning activities.
  • Promote a comprehensive financial planning approach and high-quality client outcomes.
  • Support delivery of company-wide events and adviser meetings.
  • Maintain a modest, high-quality client book (no new business targets), ensuring excellent service and relevance to adviser challenges.


What You'll Bring
